These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and v8v8 ("v8v8", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the v8v8 website at v8v8.io and all associated services, including sports betting, live casino, slots, table games, crash games, and any other gaming products made available through the platform.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the v8v8 platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use v8v8 services.

Access to v8v8 is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. v8v8 is an adults-only platform and strictly enforces this age requirement. Individuals under the age of 21 are not permitted to register, deposit, or wager under any circumstances.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You are not registered as a problem gambler with any self-exclusion scheme that would prohibit your use of online gaming platforms.
• You have not previously been excluded or suspended from v8v8 under any prior account.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your situation.

v8v8 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. If a user is found to be ineligible — including on grounds of age — v8v8 will immediately suspend the account, void any outstanding bets, and return the account balance to the original deposit payment method after deducting any bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus activity.

To access the full range of v8v8 services, users must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to the registration process and to the ongoing maintenance of your account:

Each individual may hold only one registered account on v8v8. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must promptly update your account details if any information changes. v8v8 is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate account details provided by the user, including incorrect payment method information affecting withdrawal processing.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. v8v8 will treat all account activity as having been carried out by the registered account holder. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact support@v8v8.io immediately.

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting support. v8v8 may also close or suspend an account at its discretion, including where there is evidence of Terms violation, fraud, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform or other users.

v8v8 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with its obligations to maintain a secure, fair, and responsible gaming environment. Verification may be requested at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following any significant change in account activity.

The following types of documentation may be requested:

• Proof of Identity: National ID card, passport, or driving licence showing full name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months, showing your name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Confirmation that the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or other payment account used belongs to you, typically via a screenshot of the account dashboard showing your registered mobile number.

Failure to complete verification within the timeframe requested by v8v8 may result in the suspension of withdrawal rights until the verification process is completed. v8v8 processes all submitted documents securely and in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Deposits may be made via the payment methods supported by v8v8 at the time of transaction, which currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are credited to the user's account balance upon confirmed receipt by v8v8's payment processing systems. v8v8 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the depositing account must belong to the registered user.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. v8v8 targets processing of withdrawal requests within three minutes of submission during normal operating conditions, though processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.

Before a withdrawal may be approved, the following conditions must be satisfied:

• The account must be fully verified in accordance with Section 4.
• Any active bonus funds must be subject to the applicable wagering requirements before the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• The account must not be under investigation for suspected fraud or Terms violation.

All transactions on v8v8 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). v8v8 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any deposits made in a currency other than BDT will be declined or converted at the prevailing rate at v8v8's discretion, with any conversion costs borne by the user.

v8v8 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, and device unless otherwise specified.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period. Bonuses that remain uncompleted at expiry will be removed from the account balance without compensation.
• v8v8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash except where explicitly permitted by the specific promotion's terms.
• Where v8v8 reasonably believes that a player is engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting promotional mechanics in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play — v8v8 reserves the right to cancel the bonus, void associated winnings, and restrict further participation in promotions.

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity conducted through v8v8, including cricket, football, kabaddi, and any other sport or event offered on the platform:

A bet is confirmed only when v8v8 has issued a bet confirmation reference. Bets placed during technical outages, system errors, or where odds were clearly displayed in error may be voided at v8v8's discretion. It is the player's responsibility to verify that all bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — are correct prior to confirming placement.

v8v8 reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) the odds were published in error; (b) the event was affected by match-fixing, corruption, or any irregular activity; (c) the event was cancelled or abandoned before the minimum required play time was completed; or (d) the bet was placed in breach of these Terms. In the event of a void, the original stake is returned to the player's account balance.

v8v8 applies maximum payout limits per event and per day. These limits are displayed in the platform's betting rules section and may vary by sport, market, and bet type. v8v8 reserves the right to limit the stake accepted on any bet or market at its discretion, including for accounts identified as consistently winning above normal recreational levels.

In-play (live) betting markets are available on selected events. v8v8 may suspend in-play markets at any time during an event without notice. Bets accepted on suspended markets prior to official suspension will stand subject to normal settlement rules.

v8v8's casino lobby includes slots, live dealer games, crash games, Pool Rummy, Dragon and Tiger, and other table game variants supplied by third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.

All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical dealing and mechanical processes conducted in real time. v8v8 does not manipulate game outcomes. The following activities are strictly prohibited on v8v8 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using the platform while under the age of 21.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies or exploiting pricing errors with the intent to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Colluding with other players in live casino or poker games.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal or fraudulent activity (money laundering).
• Attempting to exploit bonus offers in bad faith, including through coordinated multi-account activity.
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or otherwise attempting to access v8v8's systems, data, or code without authorisation.
• Any conduct that v8v8 reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the platform, its other users, or its operations.

v8v8 is committed to the principle that gambling should be an enjoyable recreational activity. We recognise that for a minority of players, gambling can become problematic, and we maintain a range of tools and procedures to help players stay in control of their activity.

Available responsible gaming tools include:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration, after which they will be automatically logged out.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period of between 24 hours and 180 days.

• Losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or maintenance periods beyond v8v8's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including the security obligations set out in Section 3.
• Decisions made by you in reliance on any information published on v8v8, including odds, statistics, and match information.
• Losses caused by force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, internet infrastructure failures, or actions of government authorities.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, v8v8's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the value of your account balance at the time the claim arises.

v8v8 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, v8v8 will update the effective date shown at the top of this document and, where practicable, will notify registered users via the email address associated with their account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the v8v8 platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must discontinue use of the platform and may request account closure by contacting support@v8v8.io.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of v8v8 services, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally within 30 days may be referred to binding arbitration.

v8v8 operates as a safe and reliable platform and makes no warranties, express or implied, beyond those required under applicable consumer protection law. All games and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
